Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We use USPS but for much larger items or bulk orders, we compare with UPS and FedEx within the United States.

Currently, we review international orders on a case by case basis and will use the best method to get an item to you safely with the expectation and understanding it takes much longer to deliver than if in the United States.

Processing of custom orders, on average, takes 3-5 business days plus delivery time through the shipping carrier. In-stock items are shipped in 1-3 business days. Processing of custom ordered items is subject to change dependent on volume of order. We will contact you if your order will take longer. Note: editing and processing of multiple photos for engraving requires more time than listed above. Please contact us for more details.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • What can be returned?

We do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your product. At this time, we do not accept returns for custom order work as we promise to go through extensive communication with you for your satisfaction in all design and production steps.

 

Custom work orders are only available for exchange at our discretion.

Only premade, ready-to-ship items are eligible for return and are reviewed on a case by case basis. All returns must be for new, unused items within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

  • How do I make a return? 

Postage for return by mail is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please e-mail us at thelazerroomstore@gmail.com with your Order Number and Name in the e-mail title to receive our return address.  

 

If local delivery was the method of delivery, an in-person public exchange of items represents the return. Return payment processing time varies from 1-5 days or more per your specific payment method for that order number.

  • What can be exchanged?

Only premade, ready-to-ship items in our store can be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Custom work orders are exchanged at our discretion.

 

  • How do I make an exchange? 

Postage for exchange by mail is the responsibility of the customer. Please e-mail us at thelazerroomstore@gmail.com with your Order Number and Name in the e-mail title to receive our return address.

 

If local delivery was the method of delivery, an in-person public exchange of items represents the exchange where the customer and ourselves have decided to either 1) exchange the initial item for the new item while there, or 2) exchange the initial item there upon the agreement from both parties, the customer and singular or plural The Lazer Room staff, will meet again at a to-be-determined date to give you the new item.
