A customized address plaque showcasing your family initial and house numbers. The entire piece is made from black 1/8'' acrylic in any letter and number combination with a 12'' to 16'' range in height. 
 
This sample is hanging over a nail, but it can be made with a hole at the top of the letter for nailing into brick mortar, or used with sticky double-sided adhesive onto siding.
